Forest View BB Salisbury

A Charming country home situated on the edge of the picturesque New Forest National Park within the village of Landford, within walking distance to a local village Innrestaurant and Indian restaurant nearby. The guest accommodation has its own entrance which is separate to the main property thereby offering privacy to our guests, we also have a breakfast room for guest use only within this area. This means our guests have the facility to be able to come and go as they please. We have off road parking and only one step into the property in the form of a threshold. The bed and breakfast has a good breakfast award and a 4 star silver rating by Visit Britain. The bed rooms have flat screen TV's, hairdryer, radio, teacoffee making facilities and toiletries within the ensuite shower rooms. I use high standard bedding with cotton sheets. Good quality china at breakfast with linen napkins. We are close to Hamptworth Golf and Croquet Country Club and other local golf courses with plenty of local restaurants and pubs to visit. You can access Southampton with its Maritime history within a 25 minute car drive.The Medieval City of Salisbury with it's famous spire is a 20 minute drive away not forgetting famous Stonehenge. Winchester is within an hours drive and King Arthur's Statue. The New Forest has lots to offer, cycling, walking or just to explore by car Stuart has lots of advice of where you can go, having lived in the area for over 50 years. I have a full breakfast menu and source my ingredients locally when possible. Bike hire is available by request but please bring your own cycle helmets, price per day £15.00 9am til 4pm. We only take payment by cash or cheque with bankers card. WE ARE UNABLE TO TAKE CREDITDEBIT CARDS. PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT TAKE CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 5.

Our property is just off the A36 take the turning sign posted Landford, Bramshaw, Nomansland (coming from Salisbury) immediately on the Left you will see a pub called The Landford Poacher take the turning up to the pub, go past the entrance there are two properties after the Pub and we are the last one with a red brick wall around it. If you are coming from the Ower roundabout, you will go through Wellow, Plaitford then you will see a garage on your left continue on passing a large Garden Centre called Golden Acres on the Left just past this you should see an Indian Restaurant and the New Forest Lodge both on the left. Just past this there is a slip road visible please take the slip road (on left again) and we are the first property you come to with a red brick wall around the garden. You can park within the walled garden there is plenty of room.
